Its flavour is achieved by a specific composition of spices, and a high poultry content - as much as 130 g, and 13 g of pork per 100 g of the finished product. An intensive, long smoking and drying process results in extra tenderness, aroma and flavour. Smoked to golden brown colour, exceptionally delicate. Free from artificial colouring, monosodium glutamate and phosphates.
