Its flavour is a result of a specific composition of spices. In this version, our master butchers have decided to enrich the product with the addition of turkey. There is a high pork content, as much as 132 g, and 7 g of turkey per 100 g of finished product. An intensive, long smoking and drying process results in extra tenderness, aroma and flavour. Produced in an easily removable protein casing.
