Traditional Polish Krakowska Staropolska dry sausage is distinguished by its traditional preparation process according to a recipe dating back at least 30 years. It uses meat with the QAFP seal - a food quality guarantee programme. The spices - white pepper, black pepper, nutmeg and garlic - are clearly visible on the cross-section. Intensely smoked. The sausage is distinguished by the EU’s TSG - Traditional Speciality Guaranteed seal. A product bearing the TSG label must be made of traditional ingredients, according to a traditional recipe passed down from generation to generation, or using traditional methods. It is an excellent product for anyone who appreciates traditional flavours.
